I made a target profile by myself and with my team.
Then I made a production plan for the team and a person one.
Then I made this Blog.

I made a survey to send to every one with in the UTC and others that was aimed at our target audience.

I sent out the survey monkey to all people who I thought could give us good feed back then I updated the teams production plan. Then we all got to gather and talked about the music Mitch had made for his work.
